- Customer, supplier and distributor data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with the legal obligation relating to the statute of limitations set out in article 2224 of the French Civil Code, and indefinitely if necessary, justified by the legitimate interest of the commercial relationship between you and the company.
