The following Personal Data may be stored for different periods of time:
- Customer, supplier and distributor data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with the legal obligation relating to the statute of limitations set out in article 2224 of the French Civil Code, and indefinitely if necessary, justified by the legitimate interest of the commercial relationship between you and the company.

6.2. You may also request the deletion of your Personal Data and the rectification of erroneous or obsolete Personal Data (“right of deletion and right of rectification”).

6.3. You also have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, (i) to the processing of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes or to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest (“right to object”).
